• Position - Architect / programme design Shenzhen 1

  Post duties 1. Conceive according to the customer's needs and design requirements, draw creative sketches, deepen the scheme, and finalize the final scheme after defining the modelling scheme;
  2, organize and instruct the performance of the rendering to meet the design requirements.
  3. Responsible for reporting to the owner, explaining the design ideas of the scheme, and combining the views and suggestions of the owner, effectively guiding the team to modify and improve the overall scheme until the owner is satisfied;
  4. Participate in the establishment and follow-up of company's design standardization and process system.
  Tenure requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or related majors, 1 year or more experience in project design of design institute or architectural design company;
  2. Strong ability of scheme design, creative ability of architectural conception, explanation ability and control ability of scheme design;
  3. Familiar with domestic building design code;
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills and presentation skills.
  5, skilled use of 3DMAX, AutoCAD, PhotoShop, SketchU, Rhino and other related drawing software;
  6. Have good professional accomplishment and ethics, a high sense of responsibility, dedication and teamwork spirit, strong coordination and communication skills;
  7, hand painted foundation is preferred.

• Position - assistant steel structural designer Shenzhen 2

  Post duties 1, to assist design supervision to complete project design tasks.
  2. Draw or modify drawings according to the requirements of design supervision, including elevation, floor plan and drawing.
  3. Make a list of materials for design supervision.
  4. Make material ordering information / documents assigned by design supervision.
  5. Submit all completed work to drawing designer or design supervisor.
  6. Assist design supervision and maintenance of technical files, including document collection, copying, printing, registration, etc.
  7, to assist professional general workers to solve technical problems at the site.
  Tenure requirements 1. College degree or above, at least 2 years working experience in design institute or construction company.

  Post duties 1. Calculate income, expenses and costs correctly, calculate and process financial results correctly, and prepare monthly and annual financial statements of the company.
  2. Audit the legitimacy, rationality and authenticity of the original voucher and whether the examination and approval procedures for the occurrence of expenses conform to the stipulations according to the prescribed cost, the scope and standard of expenditure;
